Captain Tommy Mattioli is a saltwater guide and the owner of Matty-J Charter Service which operates out of Hampton Roads, Virginia. Captain Mattioli has developed quite a reputation as a saltwater fly and light tackle spinning guide, and draws customers from all over the East Coast. Captain Mattioli is on the pro-staff of Airflo Fly Lines and is a royalty fly designer for Brookside Flies. His Tommy’s Torpedo Fly is particularly sought after by shad anglers. Captain Mattioli will be tying all weekend.
