Matthew Burkett learned the art of fishing from his father as a child, and has since then been fishing the waters of Colorado for the last thirty years. He is the owner of The Flyfisher Ltd. Guide Services located in Denver, Colorado. As the owner, and as a guide, Matthew believes “the real key is the people and your ability to make their day special, regardless if its your first day or one hundredth day on the river that season.” Matthew is also an accomplished Cheeseman Canyon expert and well known for his skills at catching the very selective Cheeseman Canyon trout.
